George Campbell : Personal Trainer & Class Instructor, Pittsburgh & Boston
George left the corporate fitness world in 2006 in pursuit of his own personal training business. He has trained with body builders, Olympians, UFC fighters, and has trained CEO’s, business owners, lawyers, and cancer survivors, among many others. George holds his training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, CPT), International Sports Conditioning Association (ISCA, Boxing) certified, and is also (ISCA) certified in research.
George earned his Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Lade) in Personality and Sports Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He also was inducted into Delta Alpha Pi for academic achievement. Among other accomplishments, he and his wife had their first child, Branson Alexander Campbell, in October 2007, to add to their lively family.
Along with training others, George trains and participates in triathlons, marathons, and criteriums, and placed first in his age group in his first season, 2006, competing in New England triathlons.
Jaclyn Campbell : Work Off Weight Instructor & Aquatic Personal Trainer, Pittsburgh
Jaclyn comes from a strong background in dance and performance. She received her BA in musical theatre from Emerson College in Boston, MA. She currently works with her husband George in the fitness field as his right hand girl, as well as the Work Off Weight (WOW!) Instructor, and the Aquatic Personal Traininer.
Jaclyn believes that if you have the chance to work out on a treadmill or outside, you should choose the outdoors. You actually get to go somewhere and not breath recycled air!
Jesse Margolius : Personal Trainer & Cycling Instructor, Boston
Jesse earned his bachlor of science degree in the field of Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1998. He started working in the fitness and health industry the same year.
He is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), National Acadamy of Sports Medicine (CPT), Mad Dog Athletics (Spinning), and currently is working toward becoming a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga instructor. In his nearly 10 years in the field he has trained individuals of all ages and abilities in the United States and Europe.
His services provide clients with a balanced three-tiered approach to fitness; equal parts resistance, cardiovascular, and flexibility training to form the foundation of their fitness program. At the same time together we can create a wellness program based on the client's individual goals which includes exercise prescription, sound nutritional advice, and making time for rest and recovery.
