Scientists now know that when people use healthier fats instead of the less desirable fats, they lower their total body fat and burn more calories after a meal!

"The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results."       -Tony Robins

"A champion is someone who is skilled and balanced not only physically, but mentally and emotionally." -Brad Kerns

What To Eat To Fight Fatigue:
Cereal  is fine for a quick-and-easy breakfast, but if you plan to attend a late-morning meeting, you should eat a high-protein breakfast of eggs plus ham or turkey bacon, according to a study from MIT. Researchers analyzed blood samples from a group of people who’d eaten either a high-protein or high-carbohydrate breakfast. Both groups started out with similar levels of the sleep-inducing compound tryptophan in their bodies – but 2 hours after eating the carb eaters had tryptophan levels four times higher than those of the people who’d eaten protein. The higher your tryptophan level, the more likely you feel tired and sluggish, the study’s authors confirmed. -Men’s Health Total Nutrition Guide, pg. 69

"Training with George is an investment in yourself because there are so many benefits.  I look better, I feel better and I have greatly improved my self-confidence.  Those benefits have a very positive impact on both home and work life!"
- Peter S. – CPA – Boston, MA

The Dirty Dozen - try to buy organic:

- If you think you’re too tired, working out actually boosts your energy for long days, and helps you cope with stress. It also helps you sleep better. If you don’t feel like exercising, tell yourself you’ll just do 5 minutes instead of 30 minutes. Once you start, you’ll probably want to keep going.

"George is among those few trainers whose personal traits and skills surpass his certifications.  George is good natured, unassuming and has an innate gift for teaching. George encourages his clients and designs workout programs based on individual goals and abilities.  His client’s vision becomes his vision, and he does not give his clients “cookie cutter” training programs."
