Each Fit Camp is a four-week fitness program that offers various work outs and tons of motivation. The workouts vary daily, making your Fit Camp experience fun and inspiring. Activities such as core strengthening, short runs (less than one mile), strength training, jump rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, kick boxing, sport drills, obstacle courses, and more will keep you motivated and challenged.

Highland Fit Camp starts promptly and last for 1 hour in Highland Park (at the steps leading up to the reservoir). Please arrive on time and bring:

  • Exercise mat
  • Two sets of 3-10 lb. hand weights
  • Water bottle
  • Tennis shoes
  • A positive attitude J

Fit Camp Aquatic Personal Training

A perfect compliment to any fitness routine or as a stand alone training regiment! Aquatic Personal Training requires the client to have access to a pool. Sessions can be private or can include up to 4 people. Please contact tseinfo@yahoo.com for more information.

 

Fit Camp Work Off Weight Camp


Work Off Weight Camp is an exercise program for overweight women only. You must be 20 pounds plus to get into this program. Finally a place overweight women can go to exercise and not feel intimidated. Even the instructor is no skinny minnie! Everyone in the class is fighting the same battles!

 

   
 
 
 
 
 

Minute Omlette with Toast
Prep Time:  2 minutes
Ingredients:
             1 egg
             3/4c frozen spinach, thawed
             1 slice Canadian bacon, sliced
             2 slices whole-wheat bread
             1 Tbsp almond butter
             1c Welch’s grape juice

Stir together the egg, spinach, and Canadian bacon and pour onto a plate coated with nonstick spray. Microwave for 1 minute or until the egg is fully cooked. Toast the bread and eat it with the almond butter. Chase everything with grape juice.

BENEFITS: Monounsaturated fat in the almond spread will help prevent spikes and drops in blood sugar, which can leave you feeling tired or crabby. Grape juice gives you an antioxidant, called resveratrol, that not only helps lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels but also helps improve blood flow to the heart.
PER MEAL: 540 calories, 25g protein, 73g carbohydrates, 19g total fat, 8g fiber
